Cancellation Policy

1. Cancel at any time

OSL GROUP subscriptions have no minimum commitment. You can cancel your subscription at any time.

2. How to cancel

Send a cancellation request by email to marketaguesso@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +55 44 8802-4509, using the email address associated with your purchase. Please include the product name.

3. When to cancel

To avoid being charged for the next billing period, please send your request at least 24 hours before your next renewal date. Your renewal date is shown in your purchase confirmation email.

4. When cancellation takes effect

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for. You keep access to your content until that date, and no new charges are made after cancellation.

5. Confirmation

We confirm every cancellation by email. If you do not receive a confirmation within 48 hours, please contact us again.

6. One-time purchases

One-time purchases do not renew, so there is nothing to cancel. Refund requests for one-time purchases follow our Refund Policy.

7. Refunds

Cancelling a subscription stops future charges. If you would like a refund of a recent charge, the rules in our Refund Policy apply, including the 30-day period.
